The Siebel 8.1.1 Marketing and Loyalty Implementation Boot Camp covers the major enhancements of the release 8.1.1. This Boot Camp examines the product features and functionality, with particular emphasis on the knowledge requirements for a functional implementation.

Cel szkolenia

This boot camp is an overview of the Siebel 8.1.1 Marketing and Loyalty component of the Siebel CRM product line. Providing an interactive and hands-on workshop, this training class allows experienced consulting professionals to build expertise on Siebel solution for customer loyalty and marketing.
Partners attending this boot camp will be able to understand the relevance of Loyalty programs to various industries, the competitive landscape, Siebel Marketing and Loyalty value proposition and unique selling proposition.

  • Communicate the business/technical case of upgrading
  • Lead deals by effectively positioning the Siebel solution and building effective demos

Wymagania wstępne

Participation in this boot camp requires the participant to have solid foundational product knowledge, especially the new functional capabilities in the Siebel 8.1.1 release. To achieve this we are requiring all participants the completion of one of the prerequisites listed below:
1. Have reviewed the Siebel 8.1 Marketing and Loyalty Transfer of Information Trainings mapped into the Siebel 8.1.1 Marketing and Loyalty Implementation Boot Camp guided learning path

2. Have prior experience implementing Siebel 8.0.
